Stripe — processes payments; we don't store full payment card details

Cloud hosting providers — to store data securely
Each of these third parties has their own privacy practices. We choose partners with strong privacy standards, but you should review their policies if you have specific concerns.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If Deadset Solutions is sold, merged, or restructured, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You'll be notified if this happens.
4. Payment Information
When you make a purchase, your payment is processed by Stripe. We don't store your full credit card number, CVV, or full bank details on our systems. Stripe handles that processing under their own security standards (PCI-DSS compliance).
We do receive and store a record that a transaction occurred, including the amount, date, and last four digits of the card used.
5. SMS and Communications Consent
If you provide your phone number through a form on our Site:
You consent to receive a confirmation message related to your inquiry
You may receive follow-up messages if you've explicitly opted into ongoing communications
Message frequency varies based on your situation
Standard message and data rates may apply
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
You can opt out of email communications using the unsubscribe link in any email
We don't sell your phone number or email to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Active client data: kept for the duration of your relationship with us plus 7 years for tax and legal purposes
Prospect/inquiry data: kept up to 2 years after your last interaction with us, then deleted or anonymized
Demo submissions: kept up to 1 year, then deleted
Analytics data: kept according to Google Analytics' retention settings (typically 14 months)

9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information, including:
The right to know what information we have about you
The right to correct inaccurate information
The right to delete your information (with some exceptions for legal or business records)
The right to opt out of marketing communications
The right to opt out of "sale" of personal information (we don't sell your information, but California residents can specifically request confirmation of this)

Our Site and Services are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we'll delete it. If you believe we have, please contact us.
