Business transfers. If Deadset Solutions is sold, merged, or restructured, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You'll be notified if this happens.

4. Payment Information

When you make a purchase, your payment is processed by Stripe. We don't store your full credit card number, CVV, or full bank details on our systems. Stripe handles that processing under their own security standards (PCI-DSS compliance).

We do receive and store a record that a transaction occurred, including the amount, date, and last four digits of the card used.

5. SMS and Communications Consent

If you provide your phone number through a form on our Site:

You consent to receive a confirmation message related to your inquiry

You may receive follow-up messages if you've explicitly opted into ongoing communications

Demo submissions: kept up to 1 year, then deleted

Our Site and Services are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we'll delete it. If you believe we have, please contact us.
