Deadset Solutions is a business automation agency based in Hurricane, Utah. We help service businesses set up customer relationship management (CRM), automated communications, review collection, and related marketing automation systems, primarily using the GoHighLevel platform.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

When you engage Deadset Solutions for paid services, the specific scope, pricing, and deliverables will be set out in a separate service agreement, proposal, or order form. These Terms govern your general use of the Site; the service agreement governs the actual work we do for you.

Providing NFC review cards and managing their routing

4. Payments
When you purchase a product or service through our Site, payment is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize the charge.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
Recurring subscription charges renew automatically until canceled
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun
Refund policies for specific products (like our Review Card) are listed alongside those products
If you have questions about a charge, contact us before disputing it with your card provider.
5. NFC Review Card — Specific Terms
If you purchase a Deadset NFC Review Card:
Cards are custom-printed with your business name and logo
A monthly management fee keeps the card's destination URL active and updateable
If your monthly account lapses, the card may stop redirecting properly
Cards include a 30-day money-back guarantee from date of delivery
We replace defective cards at no charge for the life of your active account
6. Demo and Trial Submissions
If you submit information through any demo form on our Site (including the demo page at deadsetsolutions.com/demo), you understand:
Your submission is for demonstration purposes
Your contact information will be added to our CRM
We may use your submission to follow up about our services
No real product or service is delivered as a result of a demo submission
7. Communications
By providing your phone number or email through any form on the Site, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry or purchase. This may include:
Confirmation messages
Follow-up emails or texts about your inquiry
Service-related updates if you become a client
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or using unsubscribe links in emails.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design — is owned by Deadset Solutions or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
If you provide us with content (logos, branding, copy, customer data) for use in delivering services, you retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to use it for the purpose of delivering the services you've hired us for.
9. Third-Party Services
Our work involves third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
GoHighLevel (CRM and automation platform)
Stripe (payment processing)
Google (Business Profile, Analytics, advertising)
Meta/Facebook (advertising)
SMS carriers (for text messaging)
These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their services, outages, or policy changes.
10. No Guarantees of Specific Results
We work hard to deliver quality services that produce real results for our clients. However, we don't guarantee specific business outcomes — such as a specific number of leads, sales, reviews, or revenue. Marketing and automation results depend on factors outside our control, including your industry, market, offers, and follow-through.
Any examples, case studies, or testimonials we share represent past results for specific clients and don't guarantee similar results for you.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deadset Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Deadset Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights.
