Kelsey runs this
Social media management
Posting. Replying to the people who comment and message. A report at the end of the month you can read in two minutes.
Priced by what’s in it, not by how many posts
Ten quick graphics is less work than three filmed and edited videos. So counting posts is a bad way to price this. It’s a worse way to buy it.
What actually moves the number: how many platforms, how often you post, whether somebody is answering the messages, and whether we’re working from your photos or coming out to shoot it ourselves.
Most clients send us the raw material. Shooting is the step that doubles it, and plenty of businesses never need it.
The tiers below describe the work, not just the volume.
Ad spend is billed separately, always
Passed through at cost, on its own line.
Agencies that roll ad spend into one monthly figure end up doing one of two things. Eating your budget increases. Or quietly cutting your reach to protect their margin.
Keep it separate and you can see what went to us and what went to Meta. A change is your call.
What it costs
Priced by volume and production
$750 to $5,000 a month, depending on how often you post and how much of the content we produce
| Cadence | Monthly | What's in it |
|---|---|---|
| 3 posts a week | $750 | One or two platforms. You send us the photos. Monthly report. |
| 5 posts a week | $1,500 | Two or three platforms, community management, still working from what you send us. |
| Daily | $2,500 | Posts made daily from your photos and video. DMs and comments handled. Deeper reporting. |
| Daily, and we shoot it | $5,000 | Everything above, plus Kelsey comes out and shoots the content herself. |
Ad spend is never included. It's billed separately and passed through at cost, so a budget increase is your decision rather than a surprise on our invoice.
