Build and upkeep
Websites
Someone is deciding whether to call you, and they are doing it on a phone with one thumb free. Your site gets a few seconds to say the right thing, and it has to still be saying it a year from now — after the prices moved and you dropped a service.
We write the words
This is most of the job, and most studios skip it. A beautiful site that says nothing loses to a plain one that answers the question.
So we work out what the customer actually arrived to find. Then we build around the answer.
Most of what we make is one good page, or a small handful. Not a template with your logo dropped in. Not forty pages nobody reads.
If it needs to do something, that’s part of the build
Take bookings. Talk to your customer list. Send the review request. Show what’s in stock.
Wiring that up isn’t a later phase or a separate quote. A site that only sits there is half a site.
If you already have a site
Most people who call us do. It’s on WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, or something that got built once and never touched again, and the real question is whether it gets kept or replaced.
We’ll look at what you’re on and tell you which. Sometimes the answer is that your site is fine and the thing costing you money is somewhere else entirely — you’ll hear that rather than a quote to rebuild it.
If it stays, we work on it where it is. If it goes, we move it and keep what it earned on the way: the search rankings, the links pointing at you, the address people already have.
What the monthly buys
The changes you ask for. Someone keeping an eye on it, so you aren’t the one who discovers it’s been down since Tuesday. And every subscription the site runs on, so you’re not managing a pile of logins and renewal emails.
The honest reason it matters: sites rot. Prices go up. A service gets dropped. A number changes. Slowly the version of your business on the internet stops matching the real one.
Two things we need from you
Two rounds of changes on the design. After that, changes are billed by the hour.
And a date we’ll have your photos and your sign-off.
Those two rules are the difference between a three-week build and a three-month one. The three-month version is rarely anybody’s fault. It’s what happens when nobody agreed a date.

Visit the siteWhat it costs
Build, then keep it running
$8,000 to $20,000, depending on how many systems have to talk to each other
$100 to $500 a month, depending on how much the site changes
The care plan covers the changes you ask for, keeping an eye on the thing so you're not the one who finds out it broke, and every subscription the site runs on. Where you land in the range depends on how much your site actually changes.
What you get
- A site that loads fast and reads well on a phone in daylight
- Copy written for the person actually deciding, not for a search engine
- Whatever it needs to talk to — booking, CRM, reviews — actually wired up
- Two rounds of revisions on the design, then changes are billed hourly
